Buffet Time – Latest Recipe


There are several good reasons for ordering buffet over à la carte – value-for-money, to binge out, to try various dishes without committing to just one from the menu and often because that’s all that’s really available.  While the concept of binging out may not be for all diners few complain that a buffet doesn’t present good value.  There is a psychological advantage in eating buffet dishes in that, if you are not satisfied, you simply go back for more or different dishes.
